Zoetis Update on IsoFlo® (ISOFLURANE) SUPPLY

WALTON OAKS, SURREY – 9 Jan 2019 Zoetis UK Ltd.

Following the update from Zoetis to the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) of an issue with supply of IsoFlo (Isoflurane), the volatile anaesthetic, restocking of the UK supply chain is scheduled to commence from February. We would like to provide the following update to our customers and the wider veterinary market on re-supply of the IsoFlo back in to the market;

Close communication and partnership will be maintained with wholesalers, the VMD, BVA, BSAVA, BEVA, and industry stakeholders alongside our Veterinary customers to ensure the smoothest transition back to restocking and meeting the industries demand for IsoFlo
Starting from February we will be managing a series of deliveries of IsoFlo back in to the UK supply chain until will are able to meet the full demand. This may take several months to complete
Whilst we are aware Veterinary customers will be making every effort to obtain product should you need any supporting advice during this transition phase, of restocking, please review the links attached;
